As part of a school curriculum in initial training , you are looking for a mandatory internship or integrated into a gap year , that will allow you to validate your studies. The internship duration is 4 to 6 months maximum.

We are looking for Legal Counsel – Competition Law (m/f) who will be joining us at Airbus site in Blagnac .

This internship is to be filled from January 2020 (keep in mind that hiring process takes about 4 months, from the validation of Job Requisition) (the dates are subject to a certain flexibility)

You will be joining Competition law team within the Airbus Legal and Compliance – Corporate Affairs Department.

·  Tasks and Responsibilities :

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will be in charge of supporting the Airbus Competition law experts in handling day-to-day files in the area of competition law for all Airbus activities and divisions (Commercial Aircraft, Airbus Defence & Space and Airbus Helicopters).

You will also be in contact with many stakeholders within (in-house lawyers, project managers, strategy department, etc.) as well as outside the Group (law firms, competition authorities).

You will support the Competition law experts on the following topics:

·  antitrust
·  merger control
·  state aids
·  distribution law

·  Required skills :

·  You are in Bac+5 degree level (or equivalent) in the competition law or similar domain
·  You have experience in one or more significant internships in the competition law/antitrust department of law firms, companies and/or competition authorities
·  Soft skills : responsive, creative, well-organised and good communication skills
·  Negotiation level in English
·  German would be a plus

Depending on the specifics of the offer, you may have to travel to another locations.
