We are looking for motivated students to join our teams in Airbus Commercial Aircraft and/or Airbus Defence & Space based in the Toulouse area.
All posts are to be filled from 01 October 2018 (date subject to a certain flexibility).
You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you. in the development of your skills.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your potential and your ideas interest us to join our teams in one of the following areas:
¤ Research and legal monitoring in business law, financial law, company law, competition law, new technology law, collective proceedings, intellectual property law or in any specific field
¤ Risk assessment and recommendation on legal issues to protect the company's interests
¤ Support for lawyers in the legal support they provide to their internal clients, on the drafting of documents (contracts, articles of association, company documents, minutes of meetings, presentations, training documents for non-lawyers), in pre-litigation files
¤ Preparation for and participation in internal meetings and negotiations
¤ Identification and assessment of ethical and compliance risks

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

Within the framework of your BAC+5 or Law School, you are looking for a 6-month internship to validate your diploma in Business Law, International Law, Financial Law or a related discipline.
You have a very good command of the Pack-Office as well as an advanced level in English, ideally supplemented by an experience in a common law country (Erasmus, internships or other)
Curious and rigorous, you are recognized for your relational ease, your team spirit and your qualities. editorial, with an ability to adapt to an international environment.
You have a sense of ethics and confidentiality.
