In this role, you will be supporting the Resource and Develop Centre of Excellence in the delivery of a full range of HR services within the framework of the HR strategy.

Tasks & accountabilities

·  Support activities linked to Knowledge, Competence, Learning and Recruitment for Airbus Defence and Space UK and CIS.

·  Work closely with HR, Employees and Managers on Resource and Develop topics.

·  Support the communication and use of the eLearning digital tool.

·  Provide the monthly input for Knowledge, Competence and Learning for Airbus Defence and Space for UK HR Site Meetings and CIS HR Resource Reviews.

·  Support with the communication of updates to colleagues for Learning and Recruitment key information and communicate how and where to find relevant training and employment KPIs as required for business reporting.

·  Support the implementation of Resource Reviews through the production of monthly data packs, tracking deployment rates of training and recruitment activity.

Required skills

Please note our Internships are open to Undergraduates only. Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following;

Studying a business-related degree or Psychology.
Maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to communicate effectively with a diverse client group and produce succinct correspondence.
Ability to challenge assumptions and use initiative.
Excellent organisational skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and control own workload.
Demonstrate competence in conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent project management skills
Ability to work on multiple projects at once
Intermediate Excel skills, ability to interpret data using V lookups and pivot tables
