Job Description

A new internship opportunity has arisen within ATR!

 

What we will do together:

Global mission: provide legal support  to ATR and its subsidiaries (including corporate, IP and insurance matters), ensure that ATR and its subsidiaries operate in accordance with the applicable regulations, identify and analyze contractual and legal risks in connection with sale operation, lease and financing of aircraft and/or in connection with procurement contracts (as well as any potential disputes/litigations) in collaboration with the various operational directorates in particular solutions proposals taking into account operational objectives, drafting and negotiation of customers and suppliers contracts...

Internship within the context of advice and support given by the Legal Directorate in connection with the principal activities of the company with:

general and specific research (legal opinion relating to current topics or of general interest), participation in legal activity of the company (drafting of clauses, drafting of contracts, participation in project negotiations in collaboration with operational directorates, …) being understood that these tasks will be performed under the supervision of a legal counsel, in particular the tutor.

The main tasks of the internship will be:

·  support to Legal Directorate in various fields: sale, sale financing, procurement, intellectual property, corporate, litigation, insurance, …
·  support regarding drafting of templates (sale and procurement agreements, general conditions, …)
·   assistance regarding the formalities, in particular regarding corporate matters,
·   follow-up and up-date of Airbus data base for affiliates of ATR group
·  ad hoc assistance in contractual negotiations attended by legal counsels,
·   ad hoc researches depending on the current topics and drafting of legal opinions.

This internship is for you if

·  You are in Master degree with a major in legal studies
·  You have knowledge in business law, contracts, Common Law, Corporate law ; good understanding of clauses and skills in drafting clauses.
·  You have skills in drafting in French and in English and you are flluent in English (spoken).
·  You have good skills Word, Excel and Powerpoint
·  You are a good listener
·  You have an analytical and synthetical mind
·  You have strong interpersonal skills, and are committed to customer service, teamwork and collaboration

Internship duration:

6 months from september 2020 to february 2021
