Digitalisation and Communication have been Airbus' leitmotivs in recent years.

To partially meet these needs, Airbus has deployed the HUB, a portal that unifies all Airbus Group employees worldwide by providing a single point of access with a common structure and visual presentation while integrating collaborative features. It is structured around 3 dimensions: Communication (multi-level, sharing general and specific information for all), Connection (discussion functionality by topic or group to connect people), and Collaboration (sharing and working together). The HUB solution is based on Sharepoint 2013.

It will propose a new site organization, contact business managers to redefine the content of each page with them, and should consider facilitating the updating of documents, links, shared information.

In a second step, following the migration from MS Office to G-Suite Apps, the intern will help the department prepare the migration of the SharePoint site to Lumapps in order to be ready by mid-2020.

In parallel, the student will update the 'DMU Integration' booklet which details the activities and roles of each team member. This booklet allows the team to communicate its role, expertise and activities to the entire Engineering community.
