Important information:

- 9 months internship (starts on September 2024, ends on June 2025)

- Full time position (40 hours per week)

- 1050€ monthly + meal allowance + transportation allowance

Responsibilities - your mission 

Project Management team:

· 
Support the Project manager in his responsibilities to achieve the project goal (reporting, timeline management, follow up on open actions, etc)

· 
Identification of risk and opportunities and escalating to the project manager 

· 
Follow the project timeline/KPIs and set up follow up actions/meetings on the open topics to meet project deadline

· 
Support efficient communication and stakeholder management

· 
Understand project synergies and support with continuous improvement ideas

Operational Excellence team:

· 
You will be part of a Team of Transition Experts supporting transfer of responsibilities from Other Countries / Functions to the Airbus GBS, from Preparation to Stabilization

· 
Collaborate in setting the drumbeat of Transition Activities

· 
Monitor transition throughout entire lifecycle

· 
Ensure recurring reports to Management Team and different Stakeholders

· 
Participate in the identification and implementation of Continuous Improvement opportunities

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have 

· 
Recent graduates, bachelor students (from the 2nd year onwards) and mastering students;

· 
Relevant degree for the area

· 
Attention to detail and accuracy;

· 
Integrity;

· 
Effective communication skills, both oral and written  

· 
Ability to work with all organizational level, stakeholder management 

· 
Language: English - Advanced level 

· 
Another European language is a plus
