Job Description

A vacancy for a BizLab Assistant (m/f) has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

· 
Working on Company/projects documentation systems & tools and company administrative procedures,

· 
Supporting on time and efficiently a manager, a group of managers or a team in logistics, planning and organization tasks,

· 
Timely supporting the team,

· 
Distribution and recording of all documentations,

· 
Diary Management: preparing relevant logistic for the team (travel, post, doc distribution),

· 
Handling office administrative duties (telephone, time mgt, meeting/event admin, job requisitions…),

· 
Typing of letters, memo, report. Collecting information for decision making,

· 
Welcoming and cascading information.

This role will involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

· 
Solid Assistant and Organizational experience,

· 
Strong experience and good knowledge of organisation tools & processes,

· 
You are recognized for your autonomy and you are proactive,

· 
You are team player,

· 
You are willing to contribute to change,

· 
Excellent English level is mandatory.
