You will work as part of a transnational team looking at new ways of working and deploying innovative digital applications in Procurement Operations. Procurement Operations is about making sure the right parts is available at the right time, cost and quality so we have all the parts we need to build the wings!

To enable improved performance of Procurement Operations by facilitating continuous improvement initiatives. To take best practices, tools and techniques and integrating them into operational processes. To monitor end to end performance, drive process improvements and ensure consistent governance.

Tasks:

During this internship, the activities you may undertake will include;

·   Drive continuous improvement in the End to End Supply Chain by leading projects and analysing processes.
·   Optimization of the order processes with respect to Lean Management.
·   Root cause analysis (such as Practical Problem Solving).
·   Perform supply chain monitoring through process performance measures and KPIs.
·   Drive the optimization of ordering master data and parameters.
·   Driving AOS (Airbus Operating System) methodology within a defined governance model
·   Analyse Stock coverage and support stock optimization.
·   To support in reporting, People, Process, Financial & Customer Value performance.

Our Internships are open to Undergraduates only. Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following;

You must be an undergraduate for the full duration of the placement, studying towards a degree in: Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Management or similar.

·   Team player, excellent communication skills and proactive
·   Digital mindset, analytical skills and problem-solving ability
·   Supply chain or lean knowledge
·   General interest in aviation
·   Knowledge of SAP / MRP / SQL are advantageous
·   Experience working in an international environment (advantageous but not essential)
·  French (advantageous but not essential)
