Job Description

Payments

·  Verify and submit invoices for payment
·  Ensure necessary supporting documents for processing payment
·  Follow up on incomplete documents required for payment
·  Keeping track of all payments and expenditures
·  Responding to vendor enquiries regarding finance matter

Invoicing

·  Raise Billing Request Form and obtain approval

Reimbursement

·  Review and approve reimbursement summary and ensure accuracy of the reimbursement amount
·  Check on reimbursement status

Bank

·  Liaise with banks on update of authorized signatory and any documents

Admin

·  Complete GIRO application form
·  Distribute invoices to relevant departments
