Description of the job :
A vacancy for a Quality Digital Improver has arisen within Airbus in Getafe (Madrid).
The successful applicant will join QUALITY / Assurance.

Task & accountabilities :
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
• Pushing the implementation of the Production Quality digitalization roadmap (long term) and its transformation into Tactical Implementation Plans (short term activities).
• Collaborating in the identification key factors, and actions, to incorporate a quality digital mindset to Production Quality staff. Facilitating the implementation of these actions.
• Providing visibility about this digital roadmap ensuring the clear understanding of the content (targets, steps, governance model...) by Production Quality.
• Maintain up to speed with the State of the Art in terms of digitalization and innovation.
• For transversal initiatives out of Production Quality scope he/she will support entirely the strategy of the Digital Officer. For the internal initiatives inside Production Quality she/he will be responsible of:
• Collaborating in the definition of the Technical Specifications in Quality Production projects, assessing about potential solutions and validating its content. Support in LBIP+ process.
• Coordination with other organizations, to ensure that projects are developed in date and with the agreed budget. Validate the deltas of the requirement.
• Participates in Production Quality Projects of SAP evolution, acting as Focal point, collecting the Voice if the Business and users to TZ in most of these projects.
• Identifying and collect the different opportunities in Production Quality inside Plants and areas. Analyze and share, if appropriate, these ideas with the networking. Act as a catalyzer to push the initiative to the right forum to deploy the project
• Harmonizing as much as possible the different IT solutions in Q production
• Providing support to the user in the deployment of specific initiatives.
• Identify weaknesses in the module of Quality IT solution (eg. SAP) and lead the implementation of actions to eliminate or mitigate risks.
• Resolution of SAP incidents as expert user level by her/himself, related to Production Quality issues (eg. non conformities management) affecting to Attestation process. Coordinate with TZ if deviation cannot be managed to user level.
• Check the adherence to the process defined through a Quality IT solution. Assess this adherence, to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop a continuous improvement in her/his area.
• Standardize activities under his/her scope, based on simplicity.
• Support the digitalization networking, based on QCM structure, to spread the expertise and to be used as digitalization Focal Point in sites.
• Support and develop monitoring and control both planning and cost evolution for the whole TOQM scope.

Required skills :
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
• Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of experience in a related area.
• Knowledges of programming lenguages (e.g. JavaScript).
• Knwledge of new twchnologies (Advanced Analytics, AI, IoT, Robots and Cobots, 5G, AR/VR/MR, Blockchain).
• Knwledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• English and Spanish must be negotiation level.
• Team Spirit, hardworking and communication skills.
• Knowledges of programming lenguages (e.g. JavaScript).
• Knwledge of new twchnologies (Advanced Analytics, AI, IoT, Robots and Cobots, 5G, AR/VR/MR, Blockchain).
• Knwledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
