Job Description

The job holder is responsible for establishing and managing Cabin&Delivery Centre (C&DC) and Final Assemblying Line (FAL) integrated planning, taking into account industrial, procurement, and capacities constraints to cope with contractual delivery months. 

She/he is contribute to optimized balance between commercial request and industrial constrains, and validate timely and reliable information flow to internal and external “customers”.

Main activities:

To manage the planning to secure Aircraft On Time Delivery (OTD) to customers.

To manage the planning to ensure productions and deliveries are in accordance with financial objectives, on monthly, quarterly and yearly volumes.

To cooperate with C&DC and FAL to ensure production activities are fullfil with program.  

To work together closely with C&DC and FAL operations, and participates to necessary daily,weekly and monthly operational meetings to get the very last aircraft status in order to integrate all information in the planning, and publish associated deliverables. 

To work together closely with Airbus EU short term planning and program functions to get A/C status and confirmation that ferry flight and major components are confirmed as planned.  

To keep update the overall Short Term production plan within C&DC and FAL Program when A/C starting production until Transfer of Title (ToT). 

To ensure that reliable information on Delivery Process are continuously available to all involved functions and therefore, contribute to the KPI reporting system, providing with accurate and consolidated measurements.

Qualifications:

Education:   Bachelor or above

· 
Experience: Indurstial or Manufacuring 

· 
Basic Skills: Project management or planning/scheduling skills

· 
Soft skills:

Strong communication skill, and team work and cooperation skills.

· 
Able to develop a network efficiency by promoting transparency and discipline.
