Job Description

An excellent opportunity for a Recent Gradute OR Last Year Student engineer to undertake an internship within the Facility Management department in Tablada

TASKS

- Support to the energy and environmental management system:

·  Prepare monthly energy performance reports identifying and analyzing deviations from baselines.
·  Maintenance of baselines
·  Identification of improvement opportunities and prepare technical specifications for their execution
·  Participate in the monthly environmental performance reviews
·  Support in environmental and energy audits and resolution of findings

- Support for building, plant maintenance projects and space management:

·  Preparation and maintenance of drawings
·  Prepare technical specifications including the preparation of reference drawings
·  Take field measurements when necessary
·  Accompany suppliers on plant visits to prepare offers
·  Prepare administrative forms for legalization of works
·  Maintain surface occupation per function records

- Support to the economic-financial management of the department:

·  Provide monthly spending forecasts to finance (mainly energy consumption)
·  Launch orders, monitor the approval process and manage receptions
·  Request offers from suppliers

PROFILE

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

- Recent Graduates OR Last year Students in Industrial Engineering.

- Strong motivation and ability to work in a changing environment

- English : Intermediate-Advanced

- Spanish :Fluent
