Important information:

- 9 months internship (starts on September 2024, ends on June 2025)

- Full time position (40 hours per week)

- 1050€ monthly + meal allowance + transportation allowance

Responsibilities - your mission 

Finance Systems team:

· 
Manage Service Now tickets

· 
Manage ChaRM requests

· 
Perform Business Workflows of the Business Processes (SIPOC Diagrams)

· 
Create a new CIP (Continuous Improvement Process)

· 
Coordinate and communicate closely with all stakeholders involved

HR Data & Reporting team:

· 
Produce reports to answer ad-hoc requests

· 
Produce regular reports

· 
Automate reports using Python

· 
Produce & update dashboards

HR Digital Operations team:

· 
Manage Service Now tickets

· 
Implement the requested changes in the HR systems (Workday & SAP)

· 
Support Business Transformation projects

· 
Conduct impact analysis and mitigate identified risks

· 
Coordinate and communicate closely with all stakeholders involved

Operational Excellence team:

· 
You will be part of a Team of Digital Business Analysts, collaborating to promote Continuous Improvement by leveraging Technological capabilities

· 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, objectives and user needs

· 
Participate in the implementation of a Citizen Development culture in Airbus GBS

· 
Co-design, develop and maintain user-facing solutions, mostly leveraging low code / no code capabilities

· 
Write clean, efficient and well-documented code using main coding languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have 

· 
Recent graduates, bachelor students (from the 2nd year onwards) and mastering students;

· 
Relevant degree for the area;

· 
Attention to detail and accuracy;

· 
Integrity;

· 
Effective communication skills, both oral and written  

· 
Ability to work with all organizational level, stakeholder management 

· 
Language: English - Advanced level 

· 
Another European language is a plus
