Information Management (IM) delivers the expertise, technology and equipment for Airbus Space and Aerospace products – We make it fly!

Your Role

As a central function, IM is involved in all business processes and enables technical as well as management careers. IM covers a wide range of
state-of-the-art technologies and positions ranging from IT infrastructure, application support to governance or strategic consultancy.

Task & accountabilities :
MoD Technical Assistance:
• Support the understanding technical documentation and decision making process in the ground support systems(GSSs) to the customer.
• Represent SAF in international meetings
• Test and analysis of errors found in Moron AFB (please translate the sigulm meaning) related to GSSs
• Support Moron AFB in the IT systems that support the EF2000
• Define requisites for new systems and support the project management

System Support:
You will participate in the 2nd and 3nd support levels to the customer, being responsible for providing them all the necessary support to ensure
right use of the systems.

Systems definition:

You will work closely with business users to determine and document business IT needs.
- Build strong strategic relationships with key stakeholders to understand, long-term and short-term, business operational and development needs.
- Responsible project manager / work package leader to implement solutions
- Document and plan business requested IT changes and new capabilities
- Manage the implementation of IT changes,
- Understand, define, and support inter-business activities related to business networking.
- Maintain a high degree of visibility within the business you will be required to attend business meetings to provide a central point of information for IT related activities.

When a new solution is launched, you will contribute carrying out the following tasks:
- participating with the customer in the requirement definition,
- Developing functional analysis to describe the new functionalities.
- assisting the development team in preparing customer documentation and training,
- preparing, validating and testing operational procedures related to the subject product or service- Organizing and performing the training.
