Tasks & accountabilities
Your exciting tasks:
· Assisting in the identification and gathering of purchasing potentials
· Support and launch RFI/RFP events (via the Airbus DS procurement tool) and follow up the ordering process
· Preparation of negotiation results and supplier proposals
· Assisting in the creation of the respective commodity- and supplier strategies
· Special tasks. e.g. project tasks to support team leaders
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
Required skills
You offer:
· Enrolled student within Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or similar field of study
· Very good MS Office knowledge
· VBA and makro would be a plus
· Good level of English requested
· German or French would be a plus
You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
