Description of the job

Are you looking for an internship? Would you like to discover the work of a Competence Manager in Engineering? Then apply now! We look forward to you joining us as an intern (m/f) at the Business Transformation & Strategy Department (35 hours/week, flexi-time).

Location: Hamburg
Start: March 2019
Duration: 6 months

We identify competences needed to leverage our company transformation, strategy and priorities in Engineering and put actions in place to acquire or develop them. Moreover, we enable business performance and ensure our people reach excellence in their field. Finally, we support business continuity in a transformation context and contribute to mindset/culture change. Through our tasks the team members are from different countries and cultures, which offers you a truly unique, exciting working atmosphere.

Task

·  Support ramp up digital competences and culture
·  Project Support: Organisation of Newcomer Events
·  Help to anticipate the impacts of global trends on jobs/competences
·  Identify the necessary adaptation of employees' competences
·  Contribute to the creation of common learning, development, awareness and knowledge solutions
·  Help to ensure efficient knowledge Management
·  Teamsupport in administrative work

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

You offer:

·  Enrolled student within Industrial Engineering, Economics, Human Resources or similar field of study
·  Microsoft Office
·  Interest in competence management
·  First experience in project management, event organsiation would be a plus
·  English: Fluent
·  German would be a plus

You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
