Description of the job

Following the creation of the cabin program in September 2018 at the heart of Airbus Central Entity, our goal is to meet the internal needs of the program as well as external customers.
Our young and dynamic team is located in France and Germany, in order to act effectively for all our employees. We worked on the cabin of commercial aircraft (A220, A320, A330, A350 and A380), it means the design of the seats, the different modules (kitchen, crew rest, toilets, luggage rack, side panels, ceiling lamp ...)

Tasks & accountabilities

As Creative Designer on all cabs of airbus commercial aircraft, you will be responsible for:
- Define the design of new economy, premium, business class or first class passenger seats.
- Work in a project team to define customer needs and define grievance design.
- Propose innovative ideas anchored in the near future by considering the aeronautical constraints.
- Accompany the other teams of the cabin program in the communication of the projects.

Required skills

Holder of a diploma at Bac+5 level, you are looking for a 6-months internship to validate your diploma.
- Trained in transport design, or product, you show a real affinity for the design in the broad sense.
- You are curious, dynamic, like working in team and knows how to be force of proposal.
- You show autonomy and initiatives.
- You master the different tools of the designer (sketch, 3D modeling, rendering, prototyping ...)
- You are concrete in the transmission of your ideas.
- Your communication is fluid, especially in English.
