As part of a school curriculum in initial training , you are looking for a mandatory internship or integrated into a gap year that will allow you to validate your studies. The internship duration is 4 to 6 months maximum.

When aircraft structure is damaged, it requires a quick restoration ... Typically, passengers are waiting to take-off, and Airlines are losing money... We are developing engineers’ ability to establish and deliver, for all fleets, timely and consistent solutions to the technical daily queries raised by the customer support for Technical issues in operations.

We are looking for a Fuselage Repairs Support (m/f) who will be joining us at Airbus site in Toulouse.

This internship is to be filled from February 2020 (the dates are subject to a certain flexibility).

You will be joining the department « Airframe customer services – fuselage repairs » which activities include providing repair definitions based on damages provided by airlines.

Within the framework of damages reported by airlines, we provide repair definitions.

This includes the steering of the customer in case of deviations observed on aircraft and/or the associated repair.

The Repair definition must be delivered within deadlines set by customer support in accordance with the airlines requirements, in order to guarantee the aircraft return to service in due time.

·  Tasks and Responsibilities :

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

Your main activities will include:

·  Understand the fuselage repair world and type of repairs,
·  Create a dashboard, identifying the main types of queries and their complexity, and the frequently damaged areas, by analysing the different types of queries we receive from customers,
·  Identify repetitive topics and support the creation of technical specifications to simplify the management of the repair queries.

·  Required skills :

You are preparing a diploma level BAC+ 4 or BAC+5 , in Engineering and you obtain following competences:

- English: (INTERMEDIATE),

- French: (ADVANCE),

- You are interested in aeronautics, fuselage, data analysis, simplification, technical curiosity,

- You are able to use proficiently such tools as: Microsoft office.

·  Soft skills:
·  Dynamic, communicative, curious,
·  Ability to integrate a trans-national team.

Depending on the specifics of the offer, you may have to travel to another locations.
