Check out this opportunity for a 6 months internship that has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse , France to work on Electrical Power Network Quality .

.

Context & Environment :

·  Natural trend is to go towards More Electrical Aircraft, making the Electrical System (ATA24) key for future Aircraft concepts.
·  Electrical system design, including System Architecture, Power Quality, Electrical Power Conversion, Distribution, Generation and Storage are therefore ones of the Airbus competencies priorities for the coming years.

Your future Team:

In this context, you will join the team in charge of:

·  The aircraft electrical network power quality, from the specification of the electrical requirements to the support provided to others ATAxx / equipment for development and qualification.
·  The support to design, V&V and Certification of the A/C Electrical System.

Your Impact :

·  In this frame, your will work on the improvement of the Aircraft Electrical Network Quality reference document (called ABD0100.1.8).
·  You will translate textual requirements into automatisms .
·  Ensure full representativity of automatisms through simulation means and/or in-service data.
·  You will provide means to help systems equipment suppliers to identify the applicable requirements.

Boarding Pass :

·  You are preparing a BAC+5 Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering .
·  Knowledge of Electrical Equipment Design , especially Power Electronics .
·  Knowledge of Electrical Simulation tools such as SABER , PSIM and MATLAB
·  Advanced level of English is required.
