Description of the job

You are looking for an internship up to 6 month-long in Internal or External Communication in the following domains: Communication tools and media, Digital solutions, Press relations, Community management, Internal communication, The event, Public relations, Advertising and promotion, …

This 6-month internship will start from either October 2018 or January 2019 (Date subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

You can develop your skills in our Group in the following topics:

Internal Communication:

·  The development of a communication plan,
·  Participation in the development of communication projects: communication tools, internal and external events,
·  Identification of communication priorities for the departments concerned,
·  Communication supports: leaflets, TV messages, internal local newspaper,...
·  Internal information management for employees,
·  Intranet site and digital tools (Apps, Intranet, Newsletter, TV, etc.),
·  Community Management,
·  Change management.

External Communication:

·  Promotion and protection of the Airbus image,
·  Media Relations,
·  Organization of events (customers, suppliers, etc.),
·  Organization of exhibitions,
·  Checking of the content of press articles,
·  The management of the international press,
·  Brand image management.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

You are currently enrolled in a Master II diploma which is specialized in Communication (with or without digital skills) and/or Marketing (non-exhaustive list).

·  Communication skills, team spirit, creativity and writing skills
·  You have knowledge in digital solutions, Webdesign and/or graphic design.
·  Sense of Ethics and Confidentiality
·  English : very advanced
