This employment takes place directly on the company's premises. As working student within the Procurement department, you will support the Zephyr Programme in all tasks regarding Procurement and Supply Chain content-related and administrative functions.

As a transversal function, Procurement and Supply Chain supports the entire range of value-adding functions:

·  Customer Campaigns (Sell)
·  Procuring goods and services (Source)
·  Supporting manufacturing (Make)
·  Delivering to the end-customer
·  After-Market & Customer Services

Our Supply Chain objective is to contribute to our Division by sustaining its role as an industry leader through a variety of strategic initiatives. Equally important is our drive to stay one step ahead of the competition by maintaining a first-mover advantage.

Tasks:

During this internship, the activities you may undertake will include;

·  Coordinate and communicate with our Procurement, Supply Chain and Logistics team, which gather more than 20 sites with a strong focus on Spain, France, UK, and Germany.
·  Planning and preparation of workshops, conferences and meetings across all management levels.
·  Administrative support to the Zephyr Procurement Program Function.
·  Analysis of Supply Chain maturity and competitiveness (On Time, On Quality, On Cost).
·  Planning and development of Procurement Strategy to select first class suppliers for innovative Zephyr technologies. Boost Agile methodology!
·  Implementing new communication routines, platforms, databases and information processes via established IT systems
·  Following up on Procurement Board & Monthly Review Actions and reporting

Our Internships are open to Undergraduates only. Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following;

·  Currently studying an Economics, General Business Administration, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering.
·  Competency with MS-Office applications, especially MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
·  You are capable of self-reliable communication and information exchange with employees and managers from different levels in appropriate style
·  You are capable of thinking ahead: internalization of processes, routines and communication flows in order to make proposals for their further standardization and improvement.
·  Great communication skills for interaction with the team and flexibility for dealing with a multinational and fast-paced environment.
·  A customer-first and 'one team' mind-set prioritizing collaboration, collective intelligence and innovative thinking in order to achieve the goals!
