Crisa (Computadoras, Redes e Ingeniería , S.A.U.) is a Spanish company founded in 1985 to design and manufacture electronic equipment, systems and software for space applications covering mainly: satellites, launchers, orbital infrastructure and space transportation vehicles. Other activities include engineering projects for ground stations. Crisa is integrated within the Spacecraft Equipment organization of the Airbus Defence and Space, Space Systems division. AirbusSpacecraft Equipment is a transnational business line with sites in Elancourt and Toulouse (France), Backnang, Jena, Ottobrunn and Friedrichshafen (Germany), Leiden (The Netherlands) and Crisa in Tres Cantos (Spain).We operate integrated into this Spacecraft Equipment organization although Crisa is a legal independent company (100% owned subsidiary of Airbus Defence and Space SAU) that employs more than 450 highly qualified persons. Crisa has played a relevant role in most ESA's scientific and Earth observation missions, developing payload equipment (science instrumentation, video front end electronics, payload control and data processors, etc.), platform equipment (platform on board computer, interface units, actuators controllers, ..), power subsystems including mainly power control and conditioning and electrical propulsion applications, launcher electronics, ground segment applications and test bench equipment. Our main products lines (power, payload, platform and launcher products) cover a wide range of solutions for Earth Observation, Telecommunication, Meteorological and Science applications, Launchers and in orbit infrastructure platforms and mission’s needs. Our home site in the Madrid’s Technological Park (PTM) in Tres Cantos counts with standard engineering and design offices, a space qualified manufacturing and assembly production plant and our own testing facilities (shakers, thermal and vacuum climate chambers, EMC room and test table, etc.). Job Description

·  Your Mission :

You will be a part of Industrial Architect team. You will interact with the production sites belonging to Airbus Defense & Space in Europe (France, Spain and Germany). You will be responsible of the harmonization topics mainly focused on manufacturing processes and industrialization of electronic boardsequipment for space and military application. You will be the main interface of the production sites ensuring a close links between the designs and manufacturing teams. You will be manufacturing authority throughout the design phases of new products to anticipate their industrialization. The purpose is to achieve industrial performance expected by ADS.

You will be entrusted with the following missions:

- Define strategies for integrating new products into the production lines (Spain, France, and Germany)

- Define the industrial needs and associated means to ensure their implementation within best conditions which purpose to increase our production efficiency and capability. In that frame you will be responsible to drivemanage implementation projects of new machines within production lines.

- Make sure that designers (electrical and PCB layouters) in charge of developing new  equipment’s / electronic boards have well taken into account the production constraints through applying DFM (Design For Manufacturing) rules. You will be the main DFM interface ensuring close link between design teams and production sites.

- To ensure the harmonization of the manufacturing processes of HUB production sites in order to manufacture within the same way and the same efficiency

- To ensure PID (Process Identification Document) Maintenance and set up the necessary trainings to harmonize the skills and knowledges.

- Offer a manufacturing expertise to develop new products.

- Manage improvement projects (From the definition of Business Requirement to the implementation in production lines)

Candidate profil :

You are engineer having already worked in production environment. You had a success experience within manufacturing of electronics equipmentsoards and “ongoing improvement” of production line.

You have skillsknowledge’s about manufacturing process applied for SMTThrough hole components, Lean Manufacturing, quality requirements and electronic board inspections.  

You are autonomous, rigorous, methodical, dynamic, able to work in a team and functional management is not a problem for you?

Do you like to implement industrialization strategies in order to improve increase industrial performance (capacity, productivity)?

You speak fluently English and you are able to work in international environment.
