- 9 months internship (starts on September 2024, ends on June 2025)

- Full time position (40 hours per week)

- 1050€ monthly + meal allowance + transportation allowance

Responsibilities - your mission 

As an intern in Human Resources at Airbus your tasks may be related with:

Onboarding Support Specialist team. You will be contributing to the “ramp up” of Airbus by providing support to the newcomers (Onboarding process) while also coordinating  internal mobility activities for several Airbus subsidiaries and regions worldwide where we operate.

 

Some of your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

· 
Preventive support

· 
Anticipate newcomer arrivals with system changes in link with Recruitment actors, processes and tools.

· 
Curative Support

· 
Provide L2 support to identify onboarding issues root causes (HR, etc.)

· 
Follow-up & Reporting

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have 

· 
Recent graduates, bachelor students (from the 2nd year onwards) and mastering students;

· 
Relevant degree for the area;

· 
Attention to detail and accuracy;

· 
Integrity;

· 
Effective communication skills, both oral and written  

· 
Ability to work with all organizational level, stakeholder management 

· 
Language: English - Advanced level 

· 
Another European language is a plus
