Tasks & accountabilities

You will support the HR Business Partner and Competence, Knowledge & Learning UK teams in the delivery of a full range of HR services within the framework of the HR strategy. You will provide support to all aspects of HR process to ensure the successful implementation of HR policies and initiatives within Airbus. You will have the opportunity to support a broad range of areas, including:

·  Attendance management
·  Recruitment and headcount mastering
·  Grievance and disciplinary
·  Support to on-site training and contribution to UK training metrics
·  Communication of competence and development initiatives

During the 12 Months, you will develop your knowledge in both generalist and specialist operational HR roles within a large multinational company and have the opportunity to travel to different Airbus sites within the UK.

Required skills

Please note our Internships are open to Undergraduates only. Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:

·  Currently studying towards a degree in Human Resources, Business or related subject.
·  A demonstrated interest in HR.
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·  The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
·  Excellent organisational skills, including strong attention to detail.
·  Ability to innovate.

The successful candidate will be subject to UK National Security Clearance in order to undertake related work in accordance with business needs.
