Description of the job

A vacancy for a General Procurement Function Controller (m/f) has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse. You will join the Finance for General Procurement Department.

This Department is ensuring the proper controlling of the group wide General Procurement organization.

Tasks & accountabilities

As a proactive function Controller, your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

- Producing the monthly reporting detailed and consolidated
- Producing detail Headcount report with evolution and forecast and be focal point to General Procurement HR dedicated team
- Managing all action needed to ensure accuracy of Actuals data with regional accounting
- Ensuring transparency on intercompany transfer
- Managing financial master data and be the focal point to integrated finance solutions (finance systems).
- Managing secondary cost ( planning and allocation) and be the focal point to all sender function
- Supporting Commodity controllers on ad hoc request

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:
Educated to a Master degree level (or equivalent) in Finance or related discipline
First experience in Finance
Strong technical skills in SAP, IFRP (Business Warehouse), Microsoft Excel
Google suite knowledge would be a plus
Language skills:Negotiation level of English, Advanced level of French
