Descrição da vaga : Estágio em Sistemas da Informação
Localidade: Itajubá - MG
Modalidade: Presencial

Horário: das 7h às 14h

Principais atividades:

· 
Prestar suporte técnico e atendimento aos usuários, auxiliando na resolução de chamados;

· 
Apoiar na execução e acompanhamento de projetos da área de Tecnologia da Informação;

· 
Atuar no controle e gestão de acessos aos sistemas corporativos;

· 
Auxiliar na manutenção e no desenvolvimento de sistemas internos.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

· 
Cursando ensino superior em Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Computação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas ou Tecnologia da Informação (TI); 

· 
Inglês básico;

· 
Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de Itajubá por no mínimo 1 ano;

· 
Interesse em aprender.

· 
Desejável: Conhecimentos em SQL e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas

Position description: Internship in Information Systems

Location: Itajubá - MG

Type: In-person

Hours: 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Main activities:

· 
Provide technical support and customer service to users, assisting in the resolution of calls;

· 
Support the execution and monitoring of projects in the area of Information Technology;

· 
Work in the control and management of access to corporate systems;

· 
Assist in the maintenance and development of internal systems.

Mandatory requirements:

· 
Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or Information Technology (IT);

· 
Basic English;

· 
Availability to intern in person (30 hours per week) at Helibras in Itajubá for at least 1 year;

· 
Interest in learning.

· 
Desirable: Knowledge of SQL and Systems Development
