The ARP (Airbus Resources Planning) Program organisation is a key enabler of the Airbus industrial system. We aim to:

We are mainly located in Hamburg and Toulouse and we work in Multi-Functional Teams (MFT) as per SAFe/Agile methodologies.

We ensure the consistency and alignment of the solution to the global strategy of the company.
We are organized in Core Train and Deployment Train. Core Train MFTs design and develop the solution. Deployment Train MFTs deploy the solution to end-users ensuring job performances and continuity.
Today our team needs to grow to fulfill the challenges ahead, so we are looking in 2022 for several candidates/profiles (Logistic, Planning and Supply, PLM/ Work Preparation, Production, Migration/BCP - Business Continuity Plan - and Transformation) either for Core Train MFTs, either for Deployment Train MFTs. We drive the transformation, as such Business is our core competence with a strong knowledge on processes and standardization and good understanding of tools usage.
As a Production Business Expert you will be in charge of Production Transformation within Airbus
You will understand and capture all complex business boundaries and operational needs of the customer by in-depth analyses, investigation meetings and workshops keeping focus on all the processes concerning producing Elementary Parts, Assembly and Overall Aircraft in order to ensure ARP solution design and development (e.g.: PP, PS, PPDS,QM, DDMRP)
You will prepare the right documentation to illustrate the “Status Quo” versus the “To Be” and to communicate the benefits to all customer´s hierarchy. He/She also organizes reviews to ensure acceptance/contribution of Stakeholders and Product team Members.
You will serve as liaison between Planning /Scheduling Teams and Logistic Teams and ensure integrity of the process and solution delivered
You will work proactively in MFT to ensure the consistency and alignment of the solution with the global strategy as well as operational constraints.
To succeed in this positions we expect:
Master degree (or equivalent) in Informatics or Manufacturing Engineering or Production/logistics with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
SAP competencies and E2E operational processes understanding with a proven experience/knowledge in PP, PS, PPDS,QM, DDMRP ; additional competences in other SAP modules will be considered as +
Understanding of SAFe / Agile methodologies and preferably with confirmed experience
Excellent Communication (written, spoken) and Networking skills
Ability to negotiate and find the win-win solution
Good ability to work in a demanding, multi-functional and multinational environment (internal/external)
Customer oriented mindset, adaptive and tenacious/tough capabilities
Change management background, Project Management Skills and autonomous way of working
An advanced level of English is mandatory. German or French according to the main work location and a third language is considered as a plus.
Availability to travel to Airbus sites
