Las principales actividades son: • Investigación • Desarrollo • Difusión • Soporte De las tecnologías de composites industriales (producción de piezas elementales compuestas, infusión e inyección de compuestos, pruebas no destructivas y mecanizado)
Specific activities for this position:
· R&T projects:
Acting as manufacturing engineering responsible for the ME R&T projects for composites.
Performing the activities agreed with R&T on time to reach the committed TRL (technology readiness level) milestones
DDMS focal point in manufacturing process technologies for overall industrial system and Product Lines
· Industrializing the matured R&T solutions in the shop floor
Support development activities: assess new work packages
Being the responsible for E2E process definition, the main activities are:
o Defining with Engineering in concurrence the most efficient design and process for the targets of cost and rate manufacturing
o Defining the process industrialization
o Valuing RCs and NRCs (Capex and Opex)
o Planning definition for the implementation
o Defining manufacturing trials: PPP, FPQ,..etc.
· RSS (repair speed shop) E2E at the Illescas shopfloor
Participating in the SLA (Service Level agreement with CUstomer Services and local Program)
Ensuring the robustness of the manufacturing process defined for the RSS parts in order to deliver on time, cost and quality
Codesing with specific Design and Stress for the manufacturing dossier approval and signature
Manufacturing follow up with Production and Quality on the shopfloor the components requested to Illescas
· Experience in Composite field highly appreciated but it is not mandatory
· High English level
· Working beyond functions and siglum
· Motivated for technical and field work (on the shopfloor)
· Willingness to learn
