As part of a school curriculum in initial training , you are looking for a mandatory internship or integrated into a gap year , that will allow you to validate your studies. The internship duration will be 6 months maximum.

We are looking for Cabin & Cargo Customer Services Intern (m/f) who will be joining us at Airbus site in Blagnac, Toulouse .

This internship is to be filled from February 2020 (the dates are subject to a certain flexibility).

You will be joining the department «  Cabin & Cargo Customer Services »  which activities include answering to questions raised by Airbus worldwide operators linked to cockpit, cargo and cabin items. This department is also in charge of identifying potential design failure to propose improvement.

The objective of the internship is to define and organise a dedicated support such as a workshop for an airline previously identified. This customer will be identified thanks to the analysis of operational requests and based on customer services strategic needs.

·  Tasks and Responsibilities :

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

Your main activities will include:

-Define and organise a workshop for a customer previously identified thanks to the analysis of in service data

- Identify and launch corrective actions.

- Ensure KPI respect (On Time and On Quality Deliveries,…)

- Provide technical solutions on in service reports to all Airbus customers.

- Consolidate and analyse in service request to identify most suitable customer.

·  Required skills :

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+ 5 in aeronautic or equivalent and you obtain following competences:

- English: ADVANCED

- French: BEGINNER

- A first experience in customer support is a plus.

- Rigorous, curious and autonomous

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Able to integrate into team and be a flexible team player

- Able to analyse and synthesize information

- Knowledge of project management would be a plus.

-Strong team spirit

-Pragmatic

Depending on the specifics of the offer, you may have to travel to another locations.
