ATR GMA (Global Maintenance Agreement) is the flagship of ATR Support programs. As of today, approximately one third of the ATR aircraft in operation is supported through an ATR GMA contract. The GMA contract includes: Spare parts and Main Element availability as well as rotables and Main Element repair services.
Missions:
· Management of ATR Maintenance & Support Agreements
· Management of customers’ repair services: issuance of business cases and invoicing of additional findings
· Responsible of overall customer satisfaction, operational aspects & financial profitability of GMA Contracts (PbH solutions)
Activities:
· Management of commercial aspects (reconciliations, exclusions, discrepancies)
· Contractual reconciliations in the frame of customer operations & contractual clauses
· Discrepancies follow up & closing
· SAP contracts creation/update according to contract
· Invoicing management
Customer satisfaction management
· Manage support/communication with GMA customers
ATR Internal teams’ coordination:
· To ensure a smooth and efficient contract set up & EIS (Enter Into Service)
· Coordinate and follow internal actions plan to ensure customer satisfaction according to GMA contracts commitments and/or customers’ requests/claims,
· Follow main indicators and drive actions for improvement related to other team performance (service level, parts shortage, financial topics…)
GMA Contract review:
· Regularly visit to perform contract reviews and ensure customer satisfaction (including ATR performance, financial aspects & technical topics)
· Prepare PowerPoint presentations on GMA KPI and Performances;
· Identify potential additional business opportunities on existing contracts to be then addressed to the sales team
Profile:
· Bachelor or Associate
Previous Experience:
· Experience in aeronautical and aviation industry
· Basic knowledge of Aircraft maintenance & support activities
· Financial and economics basics •
Expected skills:
· Fluent in English, other languages – e.g. French and Spanish - would be a plus.
· Demonstrated proficiency required with MS Office applications including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
· Previous experience with SAP would be a plus.
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
· A positive attitude, self-motivated and strong attention to detail.
