Job Description

We are searching for an Electrical System Integrator (d/f/m) . You will work for Airbus in Hamburg Finkenwerder and join the department of Lavatory and Supply Systems.

We, a team of 13 engineers, work on all Airbus Commercial aircraft types for cabin, internationally and locally. As a new team member, we welcome you to join us in developing and integrating new electrical systems as well as customising standardised versions. You will contribute to our digital future by progressing in interesting and challenging projects in the area of innovation.

What will your new challenge be?

·  You will orchestrate as an integrator to bring people and systems together and ensure that those two functions work as a unit
·  You will integrate electrical systems for cabin modules and supply systems from design to Series integration and derive electrical circuit diagrams and pin programming
·  You will drive innovation and continuous improvement for our electrical system integration
·  You will conduct technical alignments with relevant stakeholders
·  You will assign, monitor and review our subcontractors
·  You will apply agile principles (Kanban, Scrum, Product-Increment) and develop new ways of working and methods in autonomous multifunctional teams
·  You will accelerate digital transformation in our team

What do you offer?

·  You are educated to a degree level in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
·  You have advanced knowledge in electrical engineering
·  You have knowledge of CAD programmes, like CATIA, CCD or similar to develop electrical circuit diagrams
·  You have initial experience in Model based system engineering and in data analytics ideally with Python
·  You bring first working experiences in project management as well as agile and lean methods
·  You are innovative and take the initiative to pursue new ideas, investigate potential technologies/solutions and to drive change
·  You have a structured, solution-oriented, pro-active and independent way of working with strong communication skills
·  You enjoy thinking outside of the box and you have an optimisation mindset while being a team player
·  You possess a negotiation level of English and an intermediate level of German
