Description of the job

·  Improvement of interfaces between ATR and its suppliers in the frame of equipment design evolution. The candidate will have to formalize AS IS processes mapping, lead a brainstorming with stakeholder to define the TO BE solution and finally implement it (procedures updates and summary presentation)

·  Contract summary. Prepare a digest version of each contract to provide supply chain operational team with all key contractual topics required to run the activity. The candidate will have to interview all stakeholder to define the proper template, and then work together with buyers to fill it for all suppliers.

·  Procurement new comer handbook. Set up a document with all key tips for new comers in procurement teams. The candidate will have to run a lesson learnt session with procurement teams to define those useful information while joining ATR, before to formalize them into a document.

Required skills

We are looking for a candidate with the following and experiences

·  Bac+5 in Procurement / business area

·  Basics of contracts knowledge

·  Synthesis skills

·  Capability to work in team and interface with various actors

·  Good skills in Excel, Powerpoint and Word

·  Good level in english is mandatory
