Job Description

1. KPI Visual Management & Web/Visual Management

Based on transversal E/EI/EIP needs collection:

·  To identify improved and specific/common Key Performance Index on Modifications between Engineering & Program functions;
·  Use of Power Business Intelligence (Power BI) Self Tool platform for further evolutions;
·  Relative functional & regression test;
·  Preparation of Technical Specifications for tool development and evolution;
·  Interface to Information Technology function (IT);
·  Use of Web iObeya application as Digital visual management platform for easy access to information, easy sharing of information, faster team communication
·  Interface to Engineering Digitalization team (EM);
·  Training sessions

2. Visual Project/Portfolio Management

PMO support to MoD leader & Project Manager - based on E/EI/EIP needs on all MODs and specific complex MOD:

·  To identify the needs, to collect users feedbacks and to interface with Engineering Digitalization team (EM) to well structure and launch the Visual tool (ORCHESTRA)
·  To support the deployment of digital solution for improved and integrated planning of all Modifications
·  To report on Engineering workload/capacity within E Dept.
·  To support the integration of MODs follow-up inside the tool with or without using of existing tools (manual data, from MOTRIS and/or from Power BI)
·  To simulate different scenario about Project/MODs repercussion on current MOD backlog for decision making
·  Preparation of Technical Specifications for tool development and evolution;
·  To contribute to Relative functional & regression test;
·  Training sessions
