Job Description

MISSION

Within the HR Department of ATR, you will support the various transverse activities.

ACTIVITES

Activity Mobility corners:

·  In the frame of the adaptation plan:  follow up of all Mobility Corners requests by using/filling the excel table associated.
·  Support each Mobility Corners team member for the compilation of documents for each situation to be presented in validation committee.
·  Will ensure complete compilation of evidences for each departure with the HRBP of the function.
·  Mobility corners weekly KPIs to issue and be able to comment the document
·  Participation in all meetings dealing with Mobility corners theme
·  Manage “Mobility Corner” generic mailbox, plan individual meetings in the frame of Mobility Corners

Activity HRBPs:

Participation in weekly HRBP meetings, will take notes of the minutes of the day and will ensure the follow up of the actions.

Activity Training/recruitment:

Recruitment

·  Support the recruitment activity:
·  Support on the publication of advertisement on the relevant tools
·  Management of V.I.E
·  Manage school partnerships

Training:

·  Collaborate in the training plan elaboration
·  Follow the employment/training partnerships
·  Participate in the consolidation of the skills approach 

PROFIL

You are postgraduate and specialized in HR (BAC+4/5) with the following skills and qualities:

- Good knowledge in Human Resources management

- Rigor and analytical capacity,

- Organized, initiative

- Strength of proposal and editorial ease

- Curiosity and interest for the trades and the aeronautical industry

- English

- Office suite

- Good communication skills, good relational capacity

- Focus on the overall success of the HR team, team spirit

You have a first experience (internships or apprenticeship) within a Human Resources Department.
