Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

·  Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Business Controller
·  Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
·  Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities
·  Ensure accuracy of financial in accordance with local financial reporting standards and compliance to company policies and other regulations
·  Prepare balance sheet schedules and follow up on outstanding items.
·  Manage asset transactions in the system.
·  Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirements (GST/WHT/CIT)
·  Assisting in yearly audit and tax matters with external parties like auditors and tax agents
·  Assist in new processes and system implementation when required
·  Analysis of month end and year end management accounts.

Job Requirements:

·  A Bachelor Degree in Accounting
·  Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
·  Independent team player
·  Strong analytical and problem solving skills
·  Highly motivated
·  Able to work under pressure and within tight timelines
·  Meticulous
·  Good communication skills
