Poste et missions:
A VIE for a Financial Systems Manager has arisen within Airbus in Washington. You will join the Airbus Finance Operations
Organisation (FO) and report directly to the Head of Financial Systems Globalization (FBOG). Within the Financial Systems
department, you will be in charge of the definition and implementation of finance solutions (process and systems) in the US
subsidiaries with a clear focus on FAL USA stabilization and Airbus Group One Roof implementation.
In this position, you will:
¤ Develop and promote the Airbus Group "One roof" concept of financial processes and systems fulfilling the finance business
requirements across programs, functions and US subsidiaries at operational level & in close link with corporate.
¤ Ensure proper interface with local ICT community from requirement definition to solution deployment.
¤ Support the finance community in producing timely, accurate and undisputable financial information (compliant with financial
standards & local obligations)
The duration of this VIE will be 18 months, starting 1st June 2017 (date subject to flexibility).
Profil:
You will have the following skills and experience:
¤ Educated to Master Degree or equivalent in Finance with a specialisation in accounting and controlling
¤ An initial experience in Finance and in project management would be a plus
¤ Ability to analyze, describe complex finance processes, enhance & implement in an international environment
¤ Knowledge of SAP (ERP Finance and Logistics & BI) and Customs processes would be a plus
¤ Cutting Edge Technology minded
¤ Soft skills : Pro-active Communication, Team spirit, Autonomy
¤ Fluent in English and French
