To support IS application for internal customers (including joint-venture) especially in Engineering area, including Level 2 incidents, requests and change management.
Lead and coordinate licenses management, version management, and server upgrade, in relation with ID (Engineering) support colleagues in Airbus Europe.
Support end-users on tools usage and keep updated users-guides or training materials when possible.
Support business on change requests, including requirements investigation, solution design, internal test, UAT organization and implementation, as well as support on changes initiated by Europe on application upgrade/customization.
Lead on business needs for new engineering application deployment, with autonomous coordination and alignment with Europe existing tools and solutions.
Support on topics not directly related to engineering but that might have an impact on the activity, such as export-control concerns.
Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering or related area.
At least 3 years of experience in Engineering application support, e.g. CATIA, VPM, Java based web-application, PDMLink, Patran, etc.
PowerShell, Unix and VBA-script management is a plus
ITIL knowledge is a plus
Good engineering knowledge together with a strong IT background (e.g. server) for application deployment, is preferred
Good English skills, both written and spoken, since the job involves a high degree of international contacts.
Good communication skills
Customer-oriented and responsible.
Quick-learner and self-starter
Cultural awareness to work with various nationalities.
