Job description

The Company offering the position is a subsidiary of AEW Europe, a real estate leading worldwide investment manager, being part of NATIXIS Group.
Poste et missions:
Assist the London and Paris-based research teams in their market data analyses, presentations and publications for our German and other internal business clients. The analyses will contain both written éléments as well as varied graphs depending on subjects and recipients.
The VIE will be in contact with all teams and an integral part of the Research team and will contribute actively.
Profil:
COMPETENCIES: Analytical and pro-active attitude
Techniques / Technical: Microsoft software packages, including Excel, Powerpoint and Word. Ability to work with external data vendors
Relational, comportementale/behavioral: Needs to able to follow directions and work closely within the team on various projects with sometimes urgent deadlines
Others: Fluent knowledge of verbal and written English & German
