We have strong ambitions to offer the best consumer experience in our newly formed Partner Program team and YOU can make a difference. You will be supporting the overall team. The range of tasks will be helping the Platform Trading managers, in the day to day activities and strategy. We believe in team work, collaboration and high-energy. No role in the team is more important than another.

This position is created to support the development of the Partner Program business (marketplace business model), which is a new sales channel for our Digital Partner Commerce (DPC) in Western Europe. As a Digital Platform Trading trainee, he/she will support the Platform Trading Business team by driving the in-season and pre-season business with existing partners. This traineeship gives a great opportunity to get an insight into a new dynamic business model.

Key Responsibilities:

· Driving and Piloting Platform Trading sales and implementing optimizations
· Providing team with product reports supporting them in their pre-season and in-season processes
· Building the Partner Program range offer together with Wholesale team.
· Building the Partner Program marketing activation calendar taking into account ranging, account profile and existing trade marketing operations.
· Creating and maintaining internal processes to enable us to manage this business more efficiently.
· Learning and gaining insights into the main tasks of all Platform Trading (Partner Program) pillars via meetings and briefings, challenging the status quo and creating solutions

Authorities:

The trainee will be authorised to select the range that will be offered to the Digital Platform Partners after consulting the Platform Trading Managers

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· Business or Marketing background at least on a Bachelor/Master level
· Advanced Computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
· Fluent in English; another European language would be beneficial
