The adidas Customer Service team is looking for a driven individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to develop long lasting relationships with our key stakeholders. The individual needs to have a strong customer service focus and possess a superior attention to detail and accuracy.

The role expects the individual to remain flexible and professional at all times, especially when working under pressure and to take responsibility for the end to end customer service of a profile of wholesale account(s) and be an expert about them.

This 12 month placement provides a perfect foundation for understanding a business based in a department that touches many other functions.

Customer Focus

· Provide excellent end to end customer service to your own wholesale account(s) and be an expert about them
· Ensure all orders are processed in full and on time, working closely with Sales
· Collaborate with our wholesale accounts and internal partners to ensure excellent order book management from order book reconciliation through to invoice
· Manage day to day customer service activities with the aim to fulfil customer requests, resolve queries and provide creative solutions
· Work with supply chain to ensure specific customer requirements are met
· Ensure you are fully prepared for all customer meetings, acting as a brand ambassador and feedback appropriate information to all relevant parties
· Produce, analyse and interpret data and reports in line with business requirements and external customer expectations

· Build and maintain strong relationships with our internal and external partners

· Challenge working methods and practices and propose practical solutions
· Develop your own knowledge by understanding all relevant processes and participate in key business initiatives, providing open and honest feedback for further development
