Purpose

The Store Operations Analyst supports strategies that educate and motivate store audiences to achieve business results. This role supports the day to day store operations including store intranet communication, project management, and third party vendors and may interact directly with store personnel. The Store Operations Specialist will support or manage the design, implementation, and roll out of business projects that relate to workload planning, labor optimization, store communication in addition to customer engagement.This position will interact will all functions and act as an interface between the retail back office and field teams. This role will identify, create, develop or improve, and implement tools and resources that help the company achieve the financial goals. This role supports the day-to-day store operations including POs, invoicing, reporting, project management, communication, vendors, event management, store processes, and general tasks or administrative duties.

Key Accountabilities

· Organize, update, create, and improve best practices for the field organization.
· Collaborate with resources across business functions and manage interdependencies and requirements to effectively deliver process improvement solutions.
· Lead a culture of sharing and adopting best practices among global retail market.
· Support the selection, development, and implementation of new tools and processes to improve our US Retail business including but not limited to workforce management, workload planning, and customer service.
· Support process execution in-stores to manage retail compliance standards across markets to contribute to the retail operations strategy and ensure deployment and execution across US
· Support store operations projects from creation to completion to deliver projects on-time and within budget.
· Support the communication and coordination of resources between the RBO and the field
· Analyze, compile, and continuously improve store ops and field facing reports and communication content within CoRP.
· Assist in effectively planning and organizing events such as, but not limited to, Store Manager Conferences and Multi-Store Manager Meetings. This includes site selections, accommodations, logistics, agenda, selections events and travel arrangements.
· Apply qualitative and quantitative analytics to processes (I.e., ROI, monetary and labor savings, cause and effect, etc.).
· Support strategies to gather, analyze, and disseminate field feedback to RBO partners.
· Assist with maintenance, upgrades, testing and implementation of all store operations tools, forums, and reporting enhancements.
· Coordinate projects and timelines to ensure operational excellence and flawless execution to design.
· Responsible for overseeing delivery of goods and services from vendors that directly interface with store and field operations.
· Analyze and assist with the field workload calendar and partner with RBO to ensure balanced workload and communication volume.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree from a four year university required, preferably in Communications, Business or a related field of study
· 3-5 years related experience required
· Retail field operations experience is preferred
