Purpose:

Responsible for supporting the execution of the annual retail marketing calendar for the Reebok Employee Store. Support with the overall marketing and traffic driving strategy that result in increased sales for the Store. Partner to build strong relationships with key business partners and represents the Store’s business needs as they evolve and change. Work with B2B Manager to develop annual marketing plans in support of new and existing products that drive traffic, conversion, ADS, UPT, and brand goals. Support share and leverage data to improve invite content and delivery cadence.

Key Accountabilities:

· Assists in executing marketing strategy and initiatives for off-site events and store events.
· Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Planning and Allocations, Creative, Merchandise Manager, Retail Operations, Corporate affairs, Community Relations, Internal communications, eCommerce, PR, Legal, and Marketing to ensure that planned marketing initiatives are thoroughly supported.
· Works closely with the employee store to proactively assess stores performance issues and develop retail marketing solutions to address, and partner to manage and track the retail marketing program on budget.
· Support the performance culture in the store by assisting in communication plans and rally support around marketing initiatives as well as holding peers accountable through appropriate and prompt feedback.
· Assists in managing the timely execution of content delivery to the site to align with overall activation calendar and marketing outreach efforts.
· Support in managing internal resources and external agency partners as assigned.
· Communicates a desire to learn and seizes all available opportunities to drive own development and increase performance.

Sales Associate

· Meets and exceeds customer expectations and boosts sales and Brand experience by using appropriate element the adidas customer service model.
· Create an emotional connection with every customer by being a passionate and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador.
· Proactively seeks and incorporates basic core and seasonal product knowledge into own service approach within assigned store zones(s).
· Maintain an appealing, easy-to-shop environment for customer by consistently executing visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
· Minimize loss by actively maintaining sales floor awareness while serving customers.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

· Excellent time management and problem solving skills as well as the ability to use good judgment and make independent decisions.
· Demonstrate an inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment.
· Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members along with willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance.
· Ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English
· Ability to maintain reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
· Strong brand understanding and delivering a premium consumer experience is critical in this role

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong and flexible personality, to build relationships
· Understanding of sporting goods industry and related retail channels a plus
· Strong understanding of email planning and execution.

Physical Requirements:

· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device.
· The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
· Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Qualifications:

· High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
· Minimum 6 months experience working in a sports/fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment.
· Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail and industry understanding as well as supervisory experience.
