Key requirements:

Coordinate release deployment process of in-store retail systems:
- Work in close collaboration with teams/vendors from RU and HQ; creation of deployment plans aligned with Biz priorities and technical limitations; preparation and distribution of regular reports; document circulation (contracts, invoices, acts of works);
Support of cross-functional project and Biz initiatives:
- Participation in multiple small-to-mid cross functional projects as a BSM / Junior PM. Gathering of business requirements, technical capability analysis, project planning (risks, dependencies, resources and timelines)

Experience & Qualifications

- University degree (technical or engineering-economic);
- Experience with projects as a coordinator, business analyst or technical specialist for at least 2 years;
- Experience in international company;

Skills & Abilities

· Computer Literacy (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook);
· Good verbal and written communication;
· High level of flexibility;
· Energetic and self-motivated;
· Strategic type of thinking as well as high level of execution.
