Purpose

Ensure sustainable and profitable market share growth, reaching top line and bottom line objectives and leading the implementation of selected global strategic initiatives

Key Accountabilities

· Establish regular sell thru reporting in conjunction with SPS, wholesale e-commerce excellence and our B2B & Clearance businesses within the respective market.
· Take over responsibility for the framework of commercial planning (structure, timeline, deliverables, and responsibilities). Integrate a regular country interaction model.
· Support the implementation of relevant global sales strategies across all brands and geography.
· Ensure all sales departments are following and applying sales strategies, policies and best practice as available in daily work through a calendar of quarterly review meetings.
· Manage a systematic and proactive feedback process to ensure regular market feedback is collected, information is provided to stakeholders and an action plan is followed up.
· Collaborate with the Sales VPs on shared GTM/Category plans
· Support agreed future sales initiatives created by the Global Sales team as required by Global Sales and the local market
· Liaise with Channel Management, SPS and the local point of contact for SPS in the 3 locations to drive on-boarding and improvements
· Manage the framework for playbooks, game plans and strategies for the market and take actively part in the delivery.
· Share development of the High Performance Sales Culture through introduction of appropriate Global PEAK modules and principles
· Provide additional ad hoc administrative support for the team Sales Development Team. For example organize team meetings, WebEx’s and group travel

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

· Fluent English
· Advanced Microsoft excel
· Strong data and analytic skills
· Strong interpersonal skills (e.g. communication, negotiation)
· Good functional skills (e.g. Sales, Customer Service, Finance, IT)
· Demonstrates commercial and business acumen knowledge
· Good knowledge of the adidas Group business along with significant industry experience
· Mental flexibility, initiative and determination

Qualifications

· Degree in business administration with focus on Sales/Marketing, Commerce or IT
· Business: minimum 3 years
· Functional: minimum 2 years’ experience in sales ideally in the sporting goods industry
· Cross-functional experience ideally in marketing / sales / finance
· Industry: sporting goods / retail / consumer goods
