Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

· Functional HQ Counter Part for Regional In season Trading Teams
· Ensure regional working/ review processes are aligned and communication to customers is consistent
· Track Product ST result on national level and propose actions to related functions
· Provide Overview on OTB vs. NS forecast on national & regional customer level
· Provide consolidated feedback on In season Buy & ST results
· facilitate best practice sharing between functions and HQ
· actively support Franchise Operation Team to achieve agreed targets and KPI’s


Key Responsibilities:

Planning

· Guide In season Trading Team & Retail Operation Team to identify business opportunities, according to commercial calendar

Management

· Consolidate & review product performance for BLR stores on national level weekly and prepare findings & recommendations to regional retail operation team and HQ team,
· Forecast Product depletion and propose actions as needed to reach ST Target
· Take part in KA weekly trading meetings on rotating bases
· Consolidate and track product Transfer for regions to support evaluation & Take Back
· Facilitate EPR launch to BLR Stores , track results and implementation with Retail Operation Team
· Provide consolidated product launch information & updates to retail Operation Teams and HQ

Processes and Systems

· Clear understanding on regional BLR Target & Results, growth strategies, customer structure, related policies and processes
· Review weekly National ST based on established analysis methodology , identify issues and propose actions
· Execute Inseason Trading Mgmt and consolidate SKU capacity for BLR Stores
· Monitor Data compliance identify issues and propose solutions
· Regional Master user for Microsoft Strategy
· Track OTB vs NS Sales Target on regional level , identify issues and propose solution
· Facilitate return calculation process

Weekly reporting processes & methodology, identify opportunities propose actions

· Drive implementation of tools and processes/ best practice of In Season Trading
· Lead cross functional teams in In seasonTrading aspects as required
· Manage relationship with x- cross functional teams internal& customers
· Monitor the performance of Key customer AP teams, facilitate Training where needed
· Facilitate Product Knowledge sharing from AP to customers
· Facilitate quarterly In Season Trading review with Regional Teams and Key Customers

Training

· Feedback on the training needs In season Key CustomerTrading Teams

Professional background / Experience

· 3 years business analytic experience with recognized retail brands( fashion or FMCG
· At least 2 years working experience with Merchandising or Product Management
· Strong business acumen and analyzing skills
· Strong Project Management Skills
· Open-minded
