Mission:

To effectively analyze data from various sources (sell-through, future order, etc.) and to provide data insights for supporting decision making and fulfilling the business requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

Reporting

· Provide tracking and analysis on in-season product sell through performance
· Ensure accuracy and relevancy of data analyzed
· Participate in implementation of report automation and new reporting templates. Create tools for an easy analysis of historic data


Analysis

· Provide analysis and insights from transactional information for improving in-season product sell through (sales trend analysis, range productivity, comp growth% forecast, etc.)
· Get involved and influence business decision based on the analysis
· Act as a trustful source of information for helping to solve upcoming problems from data perspective

System and Processes

· Support the database and analytical tools development (e.g. MicroStrategy reporting, Mobile APP, big data analytics)


Training and Development

· Provide on-going data related training to the Marketing/Sales team and to foster the data centric culture.


KPI:

· On-time completion of sell through related reporting
· Reporting accuracy and analysis insights
· Pertinence of analysis in improving retail productivity


Experience / Skills Required:

· At least 3-4 years’ experience in business analysis and application operation in multi-national companies
· Experience in business application include system implementation or operation, experience in BI tool (e.g. MicroStrategy, Tableau, Qlikview) will be a plus.
· Strong analytical skills
· Good communication and interpersonal skill
· Good understanding of retail or consumer business process will be a plus.

Educational Background

· University advanced degree in business, statistics or finance
