Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Support plan and execution of a holistic WHS Activation Marketing plan for Accounts in accordance with global guidelines and the local strategic plan in order to:

- guarantee the visibility of company key concepts at the point of sale.

- achieve business and marketing objectives of the different categories, increasing the sell-out.

- reach out to the adidas consumer aiming at exciting, engaging and converting intention to buy into sales

Key Responsibilities :

· Plan and execute the Accounts Trade Marketing plan in line with strategic guidelines, coherently and in synergy with brand and product priorities
· Ensure that the communications are consistent with the tonality and quality of adidas brand in line with brand guidelines and creative platforms
· Ensure proper customer relationship management. Work closely with the marketing team of the account to ensure needs and approvals are secured.
· Prepare briefs and manage agencies (local and global) for trade Tools and media plans, in line with Brand Communication guidelines and/or creative platforms, always in full respect of internal NTP procedures.
· Execute POS, space management initiatives and event solutions to win the consumer.
· Promote and ensure collaboration and alignment with Accounts sales teams.
· Ensure direct monitoring of the territory and trade activities in order to evaluate margins, measure return of the investments and provide report analysis vs set KPIs.
· Ensure coordination of activities with other Trade Marketing and Brand Marketing functions in order to guarantee coherence of adidas image at the point of sales.
· Plan, manage and check assigned budget, in full respect of internal procedures.
· Understand the Accounts consumer retail environment including share of buy, competitor concepts and support tools.
· Meet with Customers during Sell-in to present them adidas marketing plans for the upcoming season and negotiate with them to commit on the concepts to support, dates and budget.
· Conduct and execute long-term strategic plans aiming to take the right in-store space for adidas, promote the right concepts at the right WHS environment and as a result make adidas the leading brand within these stores.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· University Degree/Marketing degree.
· 3-5 years working experience ideally in marketing department.
· Ideally experience in working in an international context and interacting with Global HQs.
· High level of project management, scheduling and negotiation skills.
· Ability to manage or collaborate with internal and external multidisciplinary groups.
· Fluent English & Greek (written and spoken).
· Excellent presentation skills.
· Advanced skills at MS office.
· Passion for sport, fashion and new trends in consumer behavior and evolution of retail.
