Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Provide HR support to all Departments in line with the overall HR directions.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment, Selection and Orientation

· Raising personnel requisition form
· Process appointment letters, confirmation letters
· Ensure timely system updating of employee data for retail staff
· Assist in the preparation of pre-onboarding materials for new hires (e.g. Employee Handbook, medical card)

Compensation & Benefits

· Assist in the processing of insurance claims, medical claims and benefits claims
· Assist in all compensation & benefits matters and adhoc projects
· Office administration function
· Assist in office administration – cover recept duties

HR administration

· Personnel File Maintenance
· Ensure employees’ letters, documents are filed in P-file in timely manner
· Tracking confirmation status

Employee Welfare

· Assist on CSR projects and staff events on adhoc basis
· Assist with communications for staff events and monthly staff announcements

Offboarding

· Prepare acceptance of resignation letter
· Termination of staff benefits and data entry for resignees

HR Projects

· Coordinate and assist in all HR ad hoc projects (e.g. Employee Engagement Survey, teambuilding, annual D&D)

Any other duties assigned from time to time

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

· Degree / Diploma in HRM

IT:

· Outlook: Intermediate
· Word: Intermediate
· Excel: Basic
· Powerpoint: Intermediate

Language Skills:

· English: Advanced
· Local Language: Fluent
