Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Our Origin Transport & Logistics team works with hundreds of factories, our Liaison Offices (LO) as well as external vendors, and ensures that all our products are delivered on time and in full.

During this 6-months internship, you will have the chance to experience the end-to-end logistics process of a global player. You will also learn more about planning and executing global scale logistics project.

Key Responsibilities and Projects:

· Support the team in planning and executing global project
· Support the team in coordinating with various stakeholders
· Support the team in arranging workshops and meetings
· Support the team in preparing and documenting project materials

Key Objectives:

· Project management

· Global logistics team
· External logistics service providers

Required main study courses:

· Student in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, IT

Required language skills:

· Fluent in English (both spoken and written)

Additional skills/ qualifications:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint
· Organization skills
· Communication skills
· Interpersonal skills

Internship regulations:

The internship is 6 months full time starting in December 2018

Studentmust be enrolled at the university for the complete duration of the internship
