Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :

Help build and execute our Account Marketing and Activation Plans for our retailers we have identified to win with that deliver significant business growth and improvement in our Brand Health working in close co-operation with the European Key Account Sales Teams

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop a defined aligned seasonal marketing calendar incorporating all relevant aspects of digital retail – WHS.COM and social platforms
· Establish a process and set-up that drives WHS digital strategy
· Enhance the existing digital strategy by ensuring we have totally clarity on the role adidas WHS digital plays within our retailers digital strategy and role out to key stakeholders for buy in and accountability
· Secure the highest share of rich space on WHS.COM
· Ensure our visible presence vs the competition is 50% during Blockbusters and 45% for category content amplifiers with our WHS.COM retailers
· Secure sell through and consumer engagement with share growth ensuring all commercial and strategic goals are met
· Ensure our tools from global are reach and meaningful and are delivered on time in full
· Co Create relevant digital tools, events and opportunities to educate and inspire consumers that will give us richer visibility across all digital touchpoint
· Establish a process and set-up that drives WHS digital 8strategy
· Steer and track the implementation and results of global brand PR activations and tools, developing summary and conclusion reports. • Ensure communication link between Brand PR and Corporate Communication team
· Understanding of wholesale retail mechanics and the consumer journey in store through digital.
· How we connect pure players online and offline through activations and events.

· Previous experience in marketing or sales
· Strong business acumen, ability to assume a broader perspective (cross-markets/ global)
· Ability to work effectively within a team environment and under pressure
· Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office
· Fluent in English

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· University degree in business preferred, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience
· Category Management/ Ranging/ Merchandising Experience or account marketing / sales :2- 3 years.
